About Me
I have a BA in Clinical Psychology and have a decade of experience in helping others. I have worked in a variety of settings, including two mental health facilities and substance abuse facilities.
I have decided to pursue life coaching as a new direction in my career so that I can help others while being able to work on my own terms. My main goal is that my clients feel safe while exploring their thoughts and next steps in their lives.
