About Me

Hello, I’m Winnie Okafor, a Certified Transformational Life, and Mental Health Coach since 2001 and the owner of Grace Services, providing Transformational Life Coaching, Christian Counseling & Consultation Services located in Mansfield, Texas. I work with the adults, teens (ages 13 years & older) & groups to achieve their goals, identify the challenges & barriers hindering your progress and help you plan a life of purpose & fulfillment.

My goal is for you to achieve your goals and dreams while living a fulfilling and empowered life, one of authenticity and freedom.
I am passionate about empowering individuals & families to TRANSFORM their lives by helping them to let go of emotional baggage, REPURPOSE their plans and RECLAIM their power so they can ignite their passion and walk in purpose.

I am committed to helping you maintain balance, deal with changes in your life, and transition.
The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify your core physical, psychological, and/or spiritual challenges so that you can overcome them with confidence. Only then, will you be able to fully embrace who they are and start living happier, healthier & authentic life.

A little about me: I am an internationally certified & licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) & a credentialed Qualified Mental Health Provider (QMHP). I am a certified Christian Counselor & Coach (Christ Restoration University, Laurel, MD, 2022). Also a M. S. degree (2023) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with Concentration in Trauma and Crisis at Walden University, Minneapolis MN.
I have over 19 years experience in mental health & substance abuse treatment fields. I cherish & practice cultural awareness & competence as well as speak 5 languages fluently.
