About Me

We deep dive into the subconscious mind which holds our traumas, our agreements about existence, and the framework through which we experience life.

We humbly surrender that which no longer serves. We learn compassionate communication with ourselves and others which supports a life based in love. Lastly, we align with intuition, allowing divine wisdom to guide us for inspired action in our lives.

In our coaching sessions and during your personal study, we use traditional methods such as mantra, meditation, and breath work in a simple and approachable way tailored to your specific needs to form new habits that support your truest self.

I have held a personal yoga practice since 2010 and received my yoga teacher training in 2017 in Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of yoga. My BA in psychology and my studies in Buddhism and have allowed me a strong foundation to help navigate the strange human experience with more grace and joy.
