About Me

Billy holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is a certified professional coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation. For over 20 years, he has worked as an internal/external consultant with a focus on effective change. His experiences cut across profit and non-profit organizations. Specific projects have focused on change within government agencies, health-care, automotive manufacturing, and utilities. For the past 10 years, he has worked with associates and front line to executive level leaders develop, move to the next level, or simply establish a better sense of balance. He has a passion for helping individuals achieve their personal ambitions.
