About Me

I have spent my entire life learning from mistakes, tragedies and recovering from shame. I know what it is like to be lost, not have direction and feel the crippling feeling of not being able to be my true self.

I also know the power of transformative change! I have been blessed with uncanny resiliency and courageous vulnerability. I have refused to let circumstances and others define my narrative. Rather I define my life and my narrative. Moving forward with energy, confidence and purpose.
By way of background I was a healthcare administrator for 20 plus years running heart and vascular institutes. I lead communities in developing wellness programs for chronic disease management, lifestyle modification and risk factor mitigation.

In 2011 I started my own company, Renuil, a wellness company empowering transformative wellness by facing barriers that held people back from living healthy lives. I was blessed to work with and help thousands of clients. The experience was a highlight of my life. Sadly in 2014 I had to close the business and move back to the corporate world.
Late 2016 I decided to take action. I was feeling unfulfilled and missed my work empowering peoples lives. I decided to become a life coach with Life Purpose Institute and became certified as a Certified Life Coach April 2017. I am pursing ICF (International Coaching Federation) accreditation as an ACC (Associate Certified Coach).

I‘m a passionate change agent effecting powerful and transformative change in people’s lives. Having worked in the health and wellness field for over 20 years I have perfected approaches to overcoming blocks and barriers precluding people from effective and sustainable weight loss, healthy living, finding meaning and purpose, and resiliency in crisis and tragedy. I am laser focused on results and have assisted thousands of clients in powerfully changing their lives.
