About Me

I am a certified productivity and lifestyle coach with over 15 years of business experience, helping my clients, who are often impossibly stretched on time - live extraordinary lives by finding increased purpose and balance.

Like so many women, I climbed the corporate ladder while balancing a family and social life, learning the ones which matter most are found within. Wife, mom (human and pups), wine and nature enthusiast, and frequent traveler - I am passionate about sharing my experiences, making authentic connections, and helping others find balance in their busy lives. As a former teacher, travel agent, and contracts professional, I combine my experience with my MBA and Six Sigma Blackbelt to help my clients achieve their goals faster on their own extraordinary journeys.

Individual coaching packages are designed with you in mind, and the content will vary depending on your goals. During our sessions together, we will map out strategies for success to include: identifying and clarifying your needs and goals; addressing patterns or areas which may be out of balance and require further focus or corrective action; overcoming barriers and limiting beliefs which may be holding you back from achieving your goals; setting specific goals and milestones to achieve them; and aligning your energies and creating powerful intentions to support your commitment to yourself.

Coaching is an investment in your well-being and overall quality of life. If you are serious about making a change, coaching is an incredibly effective tool for quigetting the results you desire. Standard individual coaching packages include:up to four, 1-hour 1:1 phone/video coaching sessions (ranging from $250 to $997 per month); email & text support during paid months; discounts on retreat packages; and other resources, as available. Single sessions start at just $79 per call.
