About Me

I have been a licensed psychotherapist for over 8 years, but I am currently shifting gears in order to focus on intuitive life coaching and end of life services. I found that working with my clients in a therapy setting was somewhat limiting, so I decided to start using online platforms such as FaceTime, Skype, text messaging, and phone calls to connect with my clients "in the moment." My current clients at 3Points Counseling have given me very positive feedback about using online services and find that it is easier to discuss personal issues and goals using online platforms.
My clients would tell you that I am an optimistic, kind, and relaxed coach who enjoys asking powerful, thought provoking questions in order to reveal the underlying root of problem behaviors, family/relationship conflict, and cognitive patterns. I enjoy using artistic/expressive exercises with my clients and often utilize visualizations during our sessions in order to create a deeper resonance within your subconscious.

My biggest hope for you is that you find the mentor you are seeking. I always make sure that my clients think we are a good "fit" before proceeding forward with services. I think it is important to have a good connection with your life coach/mentor, so I offer a FREE 15 minute phone consultation for new clients to discuss personal goals and answer any questions you might have about the coaching process.
