Wendy is a Leadership & Life Coach on a mission to empower and inspire women to transform their relationship with their inner critic. She uses her training as an ontological coach to listen intently, speak boldly and reflect powerful insights that shift behaviors once and for all. Taking her clients from feeling stuck and overwhelmed as a daily experience to creating opportunities and practices that provide new insights, access to personal power and greater possibility.
Wendy’s coaching practice blends her intuitive leadership and communication skills with her keen ability to create intimate connection and trusting relationships with clients that lead to breakthrough results in both their personal and professional lives.
Wendy is a dynamic outcomes oriented leader who has spent over 17 years in the non-profit educational sector creating management and leadership development training programs to support countless middle, senior and executive level managers to achieve high impact results in the workplace. She has expertise in both small and large group facilitation, executive coaching and the handling of difficult conversations. She is also a DISC facilitator.

In a coaching relationship, she focuses on partnering with her clients to support a process of self discovery centered on uncovering the blind spots that predictably stand in their way of living their best life. She also supports her clients in minimizing their disempowering beliefs and inner critic that limits their ability to manifest and design a life that has them winning powerfully.
