All of the private sessions are confidential and are offered face to face, online, and over the telephone. Nationwide services are offered online and on the telephone. I also coach groups. The group sessions are also handled and conducted in a confidential and professional manner. I believe that you were created to reach your full potential. I decided to become a life coach when I myself had to change careers due to the birth of our twins. After the decision to become a stay at home mom it wasn’t easy to venture into new territory, a new career, and an uncertain path to pursue. I needed a coach, someone to help guide me in the next and new direction in life. Through being coached I knew that I wanted to coach myself. I knew I always liked working and helping others to reach their next level in life and move from good to great. So I chose the field of coaching. Not only do I find it fulfilling to coach individuals and groups to their next level of promise. My ultimate desire is to help people recover after a traumatic and unforeseen change in life such as the death of a loved one, the loss of relationships, a job, direction, self esteem, and purpose. I believe that helping others reach a point of restoration and reconstruction is rewarding.
