Wenda, I would like to thank you for all the coaching that you gave me. I found that I had so many obstacles in my life and I just didn’t know how to tackle them and make the changes that needed to be changed. Even more then that… I knew that if I would change them…my life would eventually change, however, I never realized how much. I listen to the tape you gave me and it really grounds me for the day. It keeps me aware of what I should be doing or not doing. I feel more confident about how my day should go. As the days become weeks I find that I am becoming more and more unconsciously competent with many of my decisions and that is major for me. Another quality that I see in myself is that I find myself listening to other people more. I never realized how many people can really set your day for disaster if you let them. There is so much negative energy out there and your have helped me to focus on the positive and stay strong and I feel that that is 90% of anyone’s battle Thank you again for helping me stay focused on the positive, to collect myself every morning to ground my thought into positive energy and to make a conscious decision to be happy. Life seems not so complicated even when things happen that are out of your control. CR

As a new business owner of a Health and Wellness Coaching Services, WellCared 4 Body Incorporated, I was looking for knowledge on setting up my business. My background was primarily on the fitness and nutrition side so I reached out to Wenda. Wenda spent time with me to understand the nature of my business, my vision, and my short-term and long-term goals. I was looking for results quickly so she helped set me on a path each week in meeting my goals. I found myself very motivated and excited to meet my goals because it meant I was moving forward in my business. Every week, we would meet and discuss what I had accomplished and set new goals for the coming week.
