I have been coaching with Wayne for years and he has helped me in so many ways I'd just like to name a few. I am a C-Level Exec. and was having a few issues I needed to address. I had trouble organizing my schedule/projects and Wayne helped me create a Scrum-like system that works for me. I had trouble communicating with my staff and he helped me develop a process to get and stay connected. He has also coached others at our company when they have struggled in their roles or with personal issues impacting their performance. We also wanted some help with our corporate vision and he did an exercise with our staff that helped us think about our long-term vision. What I like most is that Wayne is a great listener and he even provides me with a written summary of our sessions along with resources I might need to deal with whatever issues we discussed. No other coach I've had has gone to these lengths to provide support. I continue to be amazed and thankful for his continued support of me and our company.

Mr. Kessler helped me create and implement a Business and Marketing Plan for my small business. We are in growth mode and I needed a coach with website, marketing and SEO experience as we had to totally revamp these for our new branding. Mr. Kessler helped me to also structure my offerings and pricing into packages for my respective service offerings and got us to think about targeting to niche markets. I am saving much money because his coaching enables me to spend money on sales staff and not have to hire a Marketing Director. I recommend him to any small business owner or company who needs this type of assistance.

I needed help with resume and cover letter updates and interview skills. A friend recommended Wayne as he helped her get a job a few months earlier after she was laid off. Wayne did a great job succinctly identifying and highlighting my skill set to make me more appealing to prospective employers. Within a month I had interviews set up and Wayne walked me through what to expect and how to respond to questions. It took awhile due to company bureaucracy but I got the job I wanted. The pay is not as great as I wanted but the company has a no negotiate policy on salary so it was not Wayne's fault. Wayne did help me tremendously by giving me the direction and confidence I needed to get through the interviews. I know it would have taken me a lot longer if I did this myself but the accountability was why I wanted a career coach.

I was stuck in a job with a terrible boss and no chance for advancement. Wayne helped me take stock of my skill set, got me to explore career options I didn’t know I had, helped me to use job sites to search for positions that I qualified for, and helped me to decide on my ideal work environment so I could make a better choice. We worked on my resume and cover letter and did some mock interviews in which I learned a lot about how to present myself in a confident and enthusiastic manner. We also reviewed how to use Linkedin and my network to find a job. With Wayne’s help I was able to find a job through a former colleague I found on Linkedin who got me in front of the right people at the company. Needless to say, I wish I went to Wayne sooner.

I had some issues at work that got in the way of my advancing in my career. These issues had to do with communication, teamwork and leadership. Wayne worked with me using the Myers-Briggs and other tools to help me understand my personality preferences, my blind spots, and my gaps in my skill set and how I relate to others. This has been an eye opening experience to say the least, and through our work together I have been making gains in all these areas to the point where my boss has acknowledged the turn around in my performance. I am now on a leadership track and my self confidence has improved dramatically. I wholeheartedly recommend Wayne to anyone who is having similar struggles at work, school, or home and needs the support and skill-building that Wayne so competently provides.
