About Me

I am a work life balance coach and holistic business coach. Having a life work balance and having meanings behind what we do is important, thus I work with solo entrepreneurs and small business owners to help them achieve life work balance, thrive at life | work | business and finding the joy or fulfillment in their business. I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and have been coaching independently since 2016. I'm also into personal and spiritual growth, and a member of Mindvalley.

How do I help my coaching client?
I believe in a good work life balance for my client and having goals in different areas of work and life to improve the quality of life and to support the work and business that you do. I will be your thinking and reflection partner, and I use creative visualization in my coaching. We will co-create possibilities together through asking probing and thought-provoking questions to raise awareness, reflecting and reframing responses, enabling the client to take the ownership of their plan and actions to get the best possible outcome for what they seek and want to get from the coaching session.

My coaching philosophy:
Coaching a client is like growing a tree. With the right ecosystem, the tree will grow well using its own resources and potential. I believe in the 3 values of coaching: balance, growth and fulfillment. I see balance as the foundation or root of the tree, the trunk and branches are the growth and leaves and fruits being the fulfillment.
