About Me

For 15 years, I served multinational companies, dipped my toe into entrepreneurship, and worked across multiple startups in transformative HR leadership roles. I hold a Master’s in HRM which helped me rise to the challenge of leading multiple individuals across industries, age groups and experience. It also gave me that “x factor” when I transitioned to become a coach: I easily engage with people, and can gauge their personal motivations to help them navigate the world inside and outside organisations. I have also been on the other side of the table, and closely understand the nuances needed to succeed professionally.

As a coach I have had the opportunity to positively impact people’s careers and lives by helping them take greater responsibility and accountability for actions and commitments, enhance emotional intelligence, contribute effectively to teams and organisations, increase personal productivity, and communicate more effectively. I am certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and by Coach Transformation Academy as a Senior Certified Professional Coach (SCPC), and hold a Professional Coaching certification by Erickson Coaching International.

I genuinely believe that everyone has the right to not just live, but thrive! Nothing makes me happier than seeing clients discover and leverage their peak potential and strengths to soar ahead. I partner with individuals on this journey by activating a heightened state of self-awareness and helping them uncover any blind spots. To bring out your best, we will have immersive discussions around goals and aspirations, and how to clear perceived mental blocks. My coaching style is inward-looking and centred around knowing the self: It is driven by your personal strengths and core values. I operate with "radical candour" - holding my clients accountable for their actionables whilst also caring deeply for their success and well-being.
