About Me

With half my career stint with MNCs and the other half with startups, spaced with a couple of years of personal entrepreneurship, I've had a very non-traditional and enriching professional journey. I not only got the pleasure of working with multiple leaders but also got a chance to understand and learn about human psychology and behaviour while dealing with a very diverse workforce.

Some of the critical changes that I have been able to bring in my clients are: finding personal purpose, facilitating successful career transitions, getting aspirational job roles with employers of choice, impactful team leadership, increased self-confidence and control, uncovering blind spots and overcoming fears of failure. The niches that I operate in are Life, Career & Executive Coaching. 

While Coaching & Mentoring have always been a part of my role as a people manager and an HR Head, I have chosen to pursue professional Coaching in pursuance of my personal mission. The immense sense of gratification that comes with Coaching is extraordinary and that is what keep me going.
