I wholeheartedly believe that coaching success comes from being able to foster a rapport that makes the client feel understood, regardless of cultural differences, identity overlaps, or personal narrative. Meeting clients' cultural and intellectual needs in session is extremely important to me, so the practice of cultural and intellectual humility helps me bridge the divide between myself and my clients.
