I am Vikki Dorsey, an executive coach with expertise in leadership development. With over 20 years of experience working in Corporate America, I bring business acumen and expertise in navigating large complex organizations. As an entrepreneur, I understand the unique challenges and opportunities of starting your own business. I earned a Master's of Science degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University in the prestigious Graziadio Business School. I started my sessions with Dorsey at a very sensitive time in my work life. I was emotionally compromised, torn between what was right and wrong. Dorsey turned out to be a godsend during this difficult period. What struck me the most about Dorsey was her incredible ability to listen without judgment. She created a safe and non-judgmental space where I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts and concerns. Instead of giving advice outright, she guided me through the process of self-discovery, helping me realize that there wasn't a clear-cut right or wrong in my situation.
