Hi! I am Viji and here's an introduction that will help you get to know me better as a person and as a professional, and could assist you in deciding if you should reach out to me!

I am a multi-faceted coach with 20 years of professional experience across Coaching, Management Consulting and Human Resources with a background in Law. I am a proud alumna of National Law School Bangalore and Xavier Institute of Management Jamshedpur, two world class institutions for law and human resources respectively. I have 200+ hours of coach training and 2950 hours of coaching experience and am a Master Credentialed Coach (MCC) from ICF and Master Practitioner from EMCC. I have been passionate about coaching and its infinite potential since my high-school sporting days!

In 2017, I founded CoachConsult, an integrated Coaching and Management Consulting practice which is driven by the guiding belief - “Play at Full Potential”, wherein every individual and entity has the potential to perform at their best. The inspiration for this belief is drawn from my background in sport, the parallel being - Life is like a game or a series of games, where players either as individuals or in teams, play to achieve a goal. Crucial to this achievement is discovering oneself & playing at full potential. “Play” enables our being in a natural and primal state, thereby fostering energy, joy, free expression and creativity.
The purpose of CoachConsult is to support individuals, teams, leaders and businesses to explore and leverage their highest potential. This support is offered through coaching and consulting partnerships, enabling clients to realise their vision.
