About Me

My name is Victoria and I am a certified speech-language pathologist and certified personal growth coach. It is my passion to help women that feel stuck get unstuck so that they can live a more fulfilling life. Why is this? Because I was once this woman. My most profound moment of stagnation was when I was recovering from a divorce and faced with countless uncertainties. Not only was life totally different within a flash of a moment, but I struggled with not knowing who I was outside of being a wife and a mother. This is when I set out to find my true identity. The journey was very difficult at times. I did not know what I wanted and many times anxiety, insecurities, and fear of the unknown caused me to feel STUCK.  I knew something had to change so I became INTENTIONAL about learning who I was and what I wanted. I began to implement strategies and utilize tools to gain clarity about my situation. I also received guidance and accountability from life coaches. I learned that it is possible to have the life that your heart desires - a  life of growth, purpose, and fulfilment. The woman I am today is a reflection of the life coaching program that I have created to guide other women to a life of fulfillment.

I am the owner of Coaching and Consulting with V and specialize in empowering women to overcome stagnation that is rooted in fear, unbalanced lifestyles, self-limiting behaviors, and uncertainties affecting their personal growth. Through my personal experience and knowledge, I have created a signature program called Unapologetically Ambitious which is an exclusive 12 week program that includes weekly transformational sessions that are tailored to help women move past thoughts, feelings and/or behaviors that may be contributing to stagnation.
