About Me

I am a former practicing Pediatric Chiropractor who has transitioned into a Business/Spiritual Mindset Coach, Metabolic Health Coach, 3x Author and Podcaster.

With my diverse background, I utilize principles of spiritual truths (ancient wisdom), universal laws, quantum physics, neuroscience, the power of the mind, reframing one's mind, uncovering limiting beliefs and tapping into your true potential.

1. The Mind
This part happens from my understanding of neuroscience, functional neurology, but also, my extra studies in behavioral psychology, breaking limited beliefs, spiritual laws and quantum physics.

2. The Body
This part is heavily focused on my training and study as a holistic Chiropractor to where I help my clients improve their health through specific recommendations. If we don't have a healthy body, we cannot share our gifts with the world.

3. The Spirit
Everything I do is based upon spiritual laws and universal laws. Just like in any game in life, there are rules that allow us to play in the game. Life is all but a game. I tie in the spiritual side of things, join it with quantum physics and share neuroscience to support what I do to help you unleash the greatness you have within.

Through these three elements, we work together to create more balance but lead a more soul-filled life.

In other words, I help my clients create their dream life.
