About Me

I'm Vicky, a mom, wife, leader, and life coach. I've dedicated years to living intentionally and doing the work. My background is in HR as Chief People Officer. As a certified Life Coach, my mission is to assist individuals grappling with feeling uninspired, stuck, or unsatisfied in various aspects of their lives. In addition to Life Coaching, I offer two twelve week coaching programs: Inspired Career Navigation and Unleash Your Spark.

Elizabeth Gilbert's 2016 Facebook post, titled 'Not This,' resonated deeply with me. I recognized (and still do, as this journey is ongoing) the need to heal from my addiction, the trauma of growing up with an alcoholic father, diagnosed postpartum depression following the births of my girls, the grief from losing a young love in a car accident at a very young age, and more.

A combination of therapy, coaching, and self-guided resources has brought me to a place that is significantly better than where I once was. I'm now calmer, lighter, and much more capable of experiencing moments of joy. I'm also more present for my family and feel greater control over the direction of my life.
