About Me

What I offer to my clients as a Narcissistic Abuse Recovery coach are lessons in life and love, that they learn from individuals in their lives affected by Narcissistic personality disorder through processing of relational trauma with narcissists and understanding the signs of trauma bonding, betrayal, manipulation, coercive control, gaslighting, cycle of narcissistic abuse of love bombing-devaluing-discarding and hoovering, to spot signs of cognitive dissonance in themselves, to learn to trust their intuition and recognize early red flags of narcissism, to avoid getting involved with narcissistic partners in the future. Most importantly, I help my clients to develop necessary skills to attract healthy partners and build healthy and happy relationships based on trust, support, respect, love and compassion. Being a child of a covert narcissistic mother, I chose an opposite way in life. I found joy and deep purpose in helping people and animals. I finished a nursing program at CSULB University in 1998 followed by graduate program in Oriental medicine with additional training in Neuro-Emotional Technique. I was married to a narcissist with severe alcohol addiction, which eventually lead to divorce. I did not know anything about narcissism back than, neither about my mother nor about my ex-husband. I discovered narcissism through the most traumatic romantic relationship with a malignant narcissist who used all the tools in the narcissistic arsenal of toxic tools. I was strongly trauma bonded to him which took me a long time to break. After I discovered his disorder through a cruel and sadistic way he discarded me, I started to learn everything I could about NPD. I signed up for certificate program at PESI in Narcissistic abuse recovery and Trauma Informed Therapy and am now deeply dedicated to helping individuals to thrive after traumatic relationships such as the one I recovered from.
