About Me

Hello friends! My name is Veronica. I am a registered nurse, a licences acupuncturist, herbalist, nutritionist and a practitioner of Neuro-Emotional Technique. I am also a life time survivor and an expert in narcissistic abuse. I specialise in helping my clients to decode and make sense of covert narcissistic behaviours and develop healthy strategies of how to deal with covert narcissists and how to break trauma bonds with them. Depending on my client’s individual needs we will cover the red flags of narcissism as it relates to each individual client, recognising manipulative strategies of covert narcissists, such as live bombing, devaluing and discard, gaslighting, projection, avoidance of responsibility, word salad, diversion techniques, bread crumbing, hoovering, as well as other toxic behaviours of a covert narcissist. Each client has his or her own unique relationship with a covert narcissist and their own unique coping skills. Breaking a bond with a toxic person is probably the hardest task anyone can ever encounter. We will cover grey rock method as well as no contact rule to help clients to become healthier physically, spiritually and emotionally.
The other category of clients I couch is persons with chronic or mysterious health issues such as people with hormonal imbalances, infertility, auto-immune issues, digestive, respiratory, urinary, hepatic, issues, insomnia, support for cancer therapies and many more. I will perform a thorough analysis of the lab work and prescribe exact regimen of Chinese herbal formulas, nutritional supplements, and/ or vitamins which will be delivered to the client’s house. Diet and life style modification is a big part of my counselling. I am passionate about helping my clients lead healthy and happy lives and to resolve their health issues naturally.
