About Me

My philosophy as a life coach is: we each have the answers to all of the questions we face in life, we often just need support learning to listen to our inner voice. As a coach I like to think my role is to walk alongside you as you work through your challenges, offering perspective, structure and strategies to support you in moving from where you are to where you want to be.

I learned formal coaching skills from Rhodes Wellness College in their part-time ICF-accredited program during the pandemic (2020) and began coaching independently once my program completed in the summer. My professional experience has been in project management for large, public and social enterpise organizations. I am Scrum and Product Owner certified through the Scrum Alliance, and have my Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).

As a professional, and now a coach, my strength is bringing together matters of the head and the heart, and helping folks ground in their strengths to reach extraordinary outcomes.

Coaching is my calling and it is my greatest privilege and joy to work with my clients.
