About Me

As a Certified Professional Co-Active® Coach (CPCC) and a Member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation) I remind my clients of the incredible potential lying within themselves and support them in their own personal growth.

Often in life we come from a limited perspective or even limit our own thinking that there is only that “one way.” This often leads to the fact that we are not allowing ourselves to make changes which bring us closer to our goals and dreams. With Co-Active® Coaching, I support clients in getting "unstuck", in coming closer to their dreams and thus in finding what truly fulfills them in their life. As a great optimist and motivator, I am able to offer you an innovative perspective.
I specialize in stress-management, relationship/love life, transforming life changes, self-perception and child desire coaching.
