About Me

Be random. Be real. Be kind. Be happy. Slowly, and steadily, pursue progress, over perfection.

I am a dynamic person with professional experience that includes:
- Entrepreneurship: I’m a co-founder of the platform, ILA for Placements, and
- Corporate Law: I used to work with Khaitan & Co. – one of India’s oldest and largest full-service law firms.

Over the years, there have been several students and young working adults that I have had the privilege of supporting as they navigate their academic, career and business decisions.

This sparked my passion towards coaching which then crystallised as I set out on my own quest to harmonise my work with my true identity. It’s what I now see as my life’s higher purpose.

I help my clients embrace change and take essential decisions in their lives. I firmly believe in the philosophies that:
1. change is the only constant;
2. the earlier in our lives we own our decisions and make conscious choices, the more fulfilment, and satisfaction we have in our lives, and
3. empowered people empower others.

These philosophies form the foundations of my coaching practice. I am currently pursuing my ICF PCC Level 2 Credentials.

I’m on a mission to help spread more happiness and self-satisfaction. This is my way of making the world a place where people feel more empowered about the direction of their lives. It is my dream to develop a culture and community of self-acceptance – the biggest key to our collective happiness.

With better insights about ourselves, and our situations, we make better decisions.

There is freedom and empowerment, in taking risks, forming our boundaries, and accepting the good, the bad and more importantly, the imperfect. With this, we become more present as we experience our lives.
