Hi I am Varun. I want to make a difference & impact the world in a positive way.

I do a lot of things but nothing I do is inconsistent with my passion. People often say - Varun how & why do you do so many things? And I respond by saying- I'm not. I'm only doing ONE thing- finding ways to enhance people's lives. I love inspiring & teaching people to think and do things which they never thought was possible.

The primary way I have chosen to make a difference is through education in the form of counseling, advising,consulting, mentoring, coaching, training, speaking & writing.

Education on the psychology of achievement, the magic of thinking big, principles & strategies of career advancement, success strategies , influence & leadership. The underlying philosophy that guides all my work is to enable people to have fun, fulfilling and lucrative careers & a purpose driven, impactful lives.

All my work (advisory, consulting, speaking, writing, mentoring, counseling, public events & leadership training ) are to assist others have a legendary life.

I am hugely passionate about the pursuit of excellence, thought leadership, human genius, public speaking influence & insights into human psychological brilliance.
