About Me

As a Harvard Graduate my coaching program is of the highest standards and results-based. I received my training from the world renowned Tony Robbins Strategic Intervention program. I am also in the process of getting my second accreditation from the Wayfinder Life Coaching Program. The creator and main instructor, Martha Beck, is a Harvard Sociologist and Oprah's personal life coach.

When I first meet with you I want to learn everything about you. Your fears, doubts, insecurities, and hopes and dreams for the future. The better I understand you the better I can help you understand and break down the mental blocks that stand between you and the confidence and self-esteem you’ve always dreamt of. From there the sky's the limit. I can help you improve any area of your life or achieve any professional or personal goal by helping you create a concrete plan with SMART goals and actionable steps. I will keep you motivated and accountable through accountability techniques and we will track your progress to get you consistent success.

I believe coaching is a work of both heart and mind. It requires true empathy and compassion for how you, my client, is feeling and strategy to help you turn desires into actions and actions into results.
