About Me

My name is Vanessa and since an early age, I have been moderating communication for several issues within my own family, including strained relationships and helping family members deal with difficult personalities, finding peace and balance in their own life.
Because I was always seen as the go-to person for advice and guidance, I feel it is my mission to help others achieve the same healthy balanced relationships, where once was a stressful/conflictful and strained one. Everything is possible with honest and kind communication, as well as determination.
My main values are non-judgement, kindness and honesty, and as someone who is eager to help others achieve this peace of mind and balance in their relationships, I am currently attending a coaching course at the Jay Shetty Certification School and hopefully will be fully certified by the end of this year (2023).
