With over 20 years in the art world, I began my coaching practice in 2020, inspired by my extensive mentoring of artists navigating challenges. Realising my strength in supporting others, I pursued formal coach training, merging my innate abilities with professional skills to create a deeply fulfilling career.

I’m also a coach trainer, equipping leaders and managers with coaching skills to foster impactful, growth-oriented conversations. My experience spans targeted support across all business levels, having collaborated with professionals from 100+ companies globally.

I hold an accredited diploma in transformational coaching from Animas, am ACC-credentialed by the ICF, a certified Mental Fitness Coach, and a mental health first aider. I also coach teenagers and conduct career-focused workshops at my local high school to help young people make informed decisions with confidence.

What else? I cherish time with my family and my dog, Monty. I love sea swimming, art, traveling, netball and entertaining!
