About Me

Hello everyone!

I'm Valentina, I was born and raised in Italy, and I moved to Barcelona almost 7 years ago to study Tourism Management, and I'm still in the beautiful Spanish city, but my path changed quite a bit.

After trying different jobs I didn't really like and that didn't make me feel fulfilled and happy, I decided to change my story and dedicate my life to something I really liked: helping others to feel good. Therefore, I started to study coaching, PNL, and emotional intelligence. I got certified as a Coach at EDPyN (Barcelona), I then did 2 Mindfulness Course (MSBR and MSC) at Adaptic Institute (Barcelona). Nowadays I use Coaching and Mindfulness exercises in all of my sessions, with tons of love.

I love supporting individuals in their path towards self-connection and self-love. I love helping people to get to know themselves in deep.
What I've learnt with my experience is that you may get anything you want in your life, but if you don't learn to love and appreciate yourself, you'll never be truly happy, not even with that new car or that promotion at work you think you really want.
Deeply knowing, forgiving, accepting and loving yourself is fundamental to live a fulfilling, happy, and satisfying life.
