About Me

I am an Executive and Leadership Coach who celebrates your personal and professional successes! I believe in an authentic leadership style and see my clients as fully capable individuals, both professionally and personally. Engaging with my clients in defining their business and personal goals and finding ways to achieve them, is my mission.

My coaching career started over 17 years ago when I first assumed a leadership position. I recognized then that leading others and leading organizations is a privilege. My long track record of developing individuals, leaders and teams has shaped my coaching philosophy.

As a Sr. Global Leader at the largest Medical Device Technology company, I have gained insights into complex business processes, leadership challenges and the nature of running a successful business around the world. Personally, I have lived in multiple countries and have done business in many more.
