About Me

During my tenure as a Mental Health Counselor and Life Coach, I have received my B.S. in Child and Family Development along with M.A. in Mental Health Counseling. My background consist of working with Single Parents, College Students and Children Behaviors. I am the CEO and founder of MasteringYourGoals our motto is" Enhance your life by accomplishing one goal at a time." As a Life Skills Coach I assist my clients with dissecting life's situation into positive coping skills, creating attainable goals, and learning how to create effective timeline with accomplishing goals.
