About Me

My goal is to ease discomfort by allowing the client to move beyond obstacles that hinder their growth and development. I owe much of my growth to my coaches- the ones who helped me face many challenges in life. I understand how uncomfortable 'the big changes can be" the fear of breaking a barrier, or pushing past resistance. I also know how much easier it can be when someone is there to help see things clearer. I appreciate my personal coaches calling me on my BS and making me accountable for my desired outcomes, as much as I appreciate my athletic coaches for not letting me quit even when those last reps almost made me drop.
I use a variety of techniques developed through knowledge, experience and time. As a former athlete, I use some from Sports psychology. As a business owner, I often include Professional Development and Personal Growth, Teaching and Education Administration has me taught me a vast array of tools for motivating, inspiring and listening. Having a psychology doesn't hurt either. I know how the brain works, what enables and disenables, and what motivates and encourages people to change.
Personally, I believe in people. I believe in our innate goodness and our perfection- even when we do not see it. I have found that most people need someone who listens more than advises.
