As an entrepreneur who founded three successful companies, and with over 20 years of experience working alongside leaders, I’ve faced and overcome the very challenges my clients encounter. For the past 14 years, I’ve led a thriving Digital Marketing Agency, which has deepened my strategic understanding of what it takes to build and grow successful businesses. I cannot thank Tristan enough for his support as I was facing difficult questions about my professional future. He is a warm and empathetic coach who not only brought tools (exercises, tests, etc.) to help me think through the challenges I am currently facing and figure out my next career move but also found the right words to boost my self-confidence. He cares and it shows. He knows what he’s doing, which is very reassuring as a coachee. Tristan saw me as a whole person, not just a professional in search of career advice. I've been meeting weekly with Tristan for about 3 months now, and he has been a great coach. I'm launching a new business for the first time, and since I started working with Tristan, I've been taking better care of myself, I've made consistent progress on starting my business, and I understand myself better than I did before. Tristan's coaching helps me both with my business and with creating the life I want. Tristan prompts me to define actionable steps that I can take between our sessions to keep making progress. He also notices when I say something that suggests a deeper meaning, and invites me to delve into it. He notices changes in my body language and energy, and asks me about them. I had two 30 minutes sessions with Tristan. I didn't know what to expect, but, I have to say, he did wonders during that short time. I was struggling with imposter syndrome. With a few questions and a big deal of listening, he was able to open my eyes on my strengths and help me tackle the barriers I was needlessly imposing on myself. I can't recommend his services enough. He is a great listener and has a lot of empathy. He is a top coach. Also, Tristan is a French native and does sessions in French if you are a French speaker !
