As a Career Advisor with over 20 years of experience in Leadership hiring, I managed various clients who were experiencing life transitions, significant milestones & mid-career changes. Over the course of their journey, I have helped them define and enrich their career & professional identity, building a job search strategy, mapping career progression and transition and working with them to land better opportunities.

I am also on the Advisory Panel of Flying Start, India, an organization geared to provide skilled and job oriented courses to the youth in the aviation sector.
