Having been in Sales & Senior Management for over 30 years, I closed my first sale at the age of 15, an Lm5 (old Maltese currency) desk-top Fan, when I was employed by a leading domestic appliance retailer as a fan assembler and carpet cleaner. My boss at the time observed me and asked if I wanted to move to sales. I did, and was put in a derelict showroom selling used appliances, stuff people would throw away. In a few weeks, I emptied the shop and from then on, I never looked back.

I have recently opened my own Training Institution, AMOacademy in my native island of Malta, where we are licenced to provide training accredited by the MFHEA at MQF Levels under the European Qualification Framework.

Very recently I have been humbled to be nominated as one of Malta top 50 Business Leaders and my company Advanced Management Options limited has been listed in Malta's top 50 companies to watch, purely through recommendations

With many years of experience now and a few years buried in books, assignments and researching the traits and trends that make a successful business person, I believe that I can now give back to society by coaching and mentoring companies to use a positive customer-oriented mindset, and by training their staff to become leading salespeople and managers, exploit their qualities to the fullest, and become a walking testimonial of the values of their employers
