About Me
Burned out by your job?
Ready to make a career change?
Lacking motivation and drive?
Want a raise or promotion but afraid to ask?
Suffering from imposter syndrome?
Having difficulty with direct reports, colleagues, or boss?
Having work/life balance issues?
Struggling in your personal relationships?
These are examples of challenges you might face as a professional but don't feel comfortable sharing with colleagues, close friends, or even family members as they might not be able to provide the support, guidance, and perspective you need.
This is where a neutral party like a personal coach can be helpful.
Coaching is a co-creative relationship. As a coach, I serves as a thought-partner to help guide you through an intuitive process that allows you to reach your own conclusions about how best to achieve your goals consistent with your own vision and values. Coaching is also a support system that provides:
A safe space for open, honest, and meaningful dialogue
New perspectives and information
Inspiration, motivation, and encouragement
Potential solutions and next steps
Accountability
Every client is unique, so a bespoke approach to coaching is preferred over modularized, one-size-fits-all coaching programs and courses. Coaching will be tailored to the needs of you the client, and we will work together to explore and generate ideas, shifts in thinking and mindset, new opportunities, renewed focus and energy, progress towards goals, and excitement about the future. Plus, the continuity of regular one-on-one coaching sessions builds a foundation of partnership, trust, and accountability.
I have coached, mentored, and guided people formally as a workplace manager and informally as a peer and friend throughout my adult life. Prior to becoming a personal coach, I worked for 20 years in the higher education and non-profit sectors as a fundraiser and senior level manager, and also briefly worked in private banking/wealth management.

Trevin was extremely helpful to me when I was lost on what to do next in my career. We were able to make clear obtainable steps that helped pushed my knowledge further and figure out what I was meant for. Now I am starting a new job with something I love!

If you are looking for a career/life coach I highly recommend Trevin. He helped me adjust in a new role/promotion. I was in over my head with new responsibilities. He offered guidance & perspective. Trevin did a really great job at understanding my thoughts and experiences, and coaching me towards different goals. We talked about spouses, having kids, fitness and career, all of which contribute to my overall wellbeing. I came to Trevin feeling a bit anxious and restless, struggling with self-esteem, and uncertain about direction. He is extremely perceptive and genuinely cares for his clients. After working with Trevin, I feel relieved and much clearer about the priorities and actions to take in my life. Thank you Trevin! =)
