About Me

My name is Tracie Reaves and I’m about Results.

How often does a part-time job at sixteen turn into a career? Probably not often, but what started as a part-time high-school/college job evolved into a rewarding career that taught me the value of the concept that has shaped my entire adult life: Commitment

I started in front-line customer service positions, but didn’t stay there long after going full-time.

As I worked my way up through middle-management to executive levels, I gained a reputation as a “Fixer”. If a department was having trouble or “broken”, I would be transferred in to get it back on track.

What I learned through this was it was rarely that the processes were broken, and certainly not the people that were broken – it was prior leadership that was broken. Bad leaders had destroyed the culture that would have seen them succeed. There was a mistrust in leadership that kept the team from being fully committed.

The results when I got these teams committed:

~ Increased productivity
~ An engaged workforce, and
~ Increased revenue and profit

This talent quickly won me promotions into higher levels of leadership that would see me leading teams of over 150 associates and responsible for over $25 million in annual revenue.

During this time I discovered my true passion. Recruiting, coaching, developing, and promoting others into leadership positions. This was the genesis of Committed Life Coaching.

My focus is on coaching current and future leaders, and helping them develop a Culture of Commitment among their teams. Freeing these leaders to focus on the things that they WANT to focus on instead of hamstrung by the day-to-day chaos of their business lives.

The focus of Committed Life Coaching is RESULTS for these business leaders so they can work ON their business instead of being mired IN their business. When leaders commit to the process, the net effect is massive growth in their personal and professional lives.
