About Me

Hello! my name is Tracey and I'm a certified Life Coach.

For as long as I can remember I have searched for the keys to being happy and living a life full of Joy, Passion, and Peace. I am always seeking to understand human behavior and the human spirit so that I could have a better knowledge of who I am, my purpose, and how I can serve others.

To truly understand the meaning of life and why we are here, I read many books, explored various Spiritual paths, worked in my community to foster and improve the lives of children, embraced orphanage children, along with raising three of my own. The combination of these and my own experience and obstacles that I myself have overcome in my own Journey is what lead me to utilize my education along with experience to form a passion of guiding others to focus on becoming the best version of themselves.
