About Me

Native to Ohio, I grew up in a very traditional home. Then married and had three children. At 40, though, I learned my grandmother went to college much later in life and then started a career in teaching. I enrolled the next day, and that experience has led me to a learner’s life. From there, I received not only my professional coaching certification, but art therapy certification as well. Topics that get me going include watercolors, enneagram, writing, interviewing, religious deconstruction, patriarchy, self awareness, limiting beliefs, and even recently dipping a toe into how neuroscience works—all things that have vastly widened where I am and where I can go.

Someone asked me once if I had an inner critic. Seriously? I have an inner choir! Yet through the tools and direction of being coached myself, I’m hearing more harmony these days. What about you? What’s distracting you from being all you dream?

We all have needs that we desire to be met. Beyond that, though, there are heart-felt dreams—sometimes those you haven’t given space to even think about. When’s the last time you gave that room to breathe and consider?
