About Me
I am an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant with over 20 years’ experience across both public and private sectors, working toward a more fulfilling world by helping people and organizations thrive.
My leadership development programs are based on organizational psychology, neuroscience, cognitive behavioral and positive psychology approaches to help clients break down patterns of behavior that do not serve them well. I leverage communication and organizational relationship theories in executive coaching to help leaders have authentic conversations that empower them and others to succeed. This helps leaders to reflect on and adapt their behavior by experimenting with new narratives, interrupting old patterns, and expanding their mental models. And stress management builds resilient individuals and organizations that are adaptable to a rapidly changing environment.
I have extensive experience holding senior leadership positions in organizations, and in coaching senior leaders to achieve balance and success as they define it. This experience has given me the opportunity to build organizations, hire and lead employees, deal with performance issues, and coordinate complex cross-organizational initiatives. You can expect a practical, real-world, empathetic approach to skill-building that will help you to observe, conceptualize, adjust, and experiment with your actions and reactions to circumstances.
My mission through coaching is to help you to find your balance in order to thrive at work and at home. Whether working with individuals or teams, I see the coaching process as facilitation of change and growth through a deeper understanding of motivations, acceptance of reasonable limitations and challenges as an expected part of the process of change, and re-engagement with others in a more positive manner. All programs are centered around the premise that consistent, systematic, programmatic habits are needed to drive long-term behavioral change.
