About Me

My name is Tore’ Castagnier and I am a Life Coach. My primary focus is Dating and Relationships. I provide coaching on building self-esteem and confidence. I teach clients how to have a successful dating experience that will lead into a successful healthy relationship. Like many people my beginning journey was hard. During my childhood I was teased for having large glasses and unpopular clothes. I didn’t get my first real girlfriend until my junior year in high school. I would try so hard during my teenage and young adult years to be accepted by others, because I never got to experience it as a child. I found myself in a never-ending cycle of being used and having failed relationships. I realized the love I was looking from others I needed to find it within myself. So, I set out on a journey of self-discovery and enlightenment. During a seven-year hiatus from serious relationships I learned a lot of real-life applications to help build confidence and self-esteem. I learned how to develop argument free healthy relationships.
