About Me

Over the last ten years, he has worked in the Automotive & Steel Manufacturing industries building positive relationships with the team members, increasing their level of compliance, and proactively addressing workplace safety issues within fortune 500 companies. He has years of industry experience conducting EHS training pertaining to OSHA’s 1910 General Industry Standards. He also guided former employers through the development and implementation of safety programs that have caused a significant reduction in overall worker injuries.

In addition, he has helped former employers achieve 1-Million work hours without a Lost Time Injury and a 90% reduction in recordable injuries, as well as saving them over $300,000 from worker compensation claims. Through this experience, he was awarded The Kentucky Governors’ Safety Award (2020).

As a Safety Professional, he went into the safety industry because he naturally cares about people. He believes that all people deserve to go home safe, no if's, and's, or but's about it! He believes that safety is at the core of what makes the business successful by protecting its most important asset - the PEOPLE.
