About Me

I am no different than you. Life has been a blessing, no matter what challenges and successes I have had. I have been fortunate to have created, operated and owned businesses over the past 30 years that started from $0 and grew to more than $100 million in revenue. I mention this because I have learned a lot about what to do, as well as, what not do, during this period of time, both in business and my personal life.

How do you and I manage our expectations - wanting to achieve more while not spending time away from our loved ones. Not knowing where to start and even being stuck in the middle of growth. Have you had the nights of waking up at 3AM, trying to figure out how to keep everything together? So have I. The journey from where you are today to where you want to go can be lonely. You look around and everyone else seems to have it figured out, so you ask yourself, what am I doing wrong.

Do you feel that time is slipping away and maybe it's too late to go after the things you want for yourself? Do you feel your friends and family will laugh at your ideas and even try to convince you to take the "safe" road?

My friend, you are not alone. I've had all these feelings and many more, many times. The experiences I have had, give me the humility, empathy and confidence that I can support you and engage in a process to bring out your inner champion.

Coaching is about you doing the work. My role in the process is to be the confident partner that you can depend on during your transformation. I mention my business background to illustrate that I have the emotional stamina and capacity to go along the journey with you.
