About Me

PROFESSION AND COMPETENCE AS A COACH
The combination of my interdisciplinary professional experience, my special personal life experiences and my personal competence qualify me in my profession as a business and personal coach.

The complexity of the various coaching events and the resulting requirements require me to have a broad competence profile. After all, it's about establishing a sustainable and professional relationship that guarantees you support in the development of your goals and sustainable solutions and to efficiently design the results and transfer.

I see the development of my coaching skills and my own personal development as an ongoing process. Through constant further training and regular reflections in head coaching, I bring the necessary professionalism and quality with me.

WORKING AS A COACH
I work in coaching in a resource-, goal- and solution-oriented manner. My way of working as a coach is situationally and individually based on various approaches, methods and models that I have acquired in my training and optimized in many years of professional practice.

Findings from classic interviewing, systemic consulting, transactional analysis, role coaching and NLP are incorporated. I orientate myself on theories and models by Friedemann Schulz von Thun, Eric Berne, Thomas A. Harris, Robert Dilts, Richard Bandler, John Grinder, Milton Erickson, Viktor E. Frankls as well as Peter Szabó and Insoo Kim Berg.

In coaching I ask scaling, circular, but also relational and dissociating questions. I actively listen, visualize and vision. I use the meta-model of language and use tools such as ReFraiming, ReImprint, SixStep or Wunderfrage and work on the dissolution of beliefs as well as on the theory of meaning.

I use my well-founded and extensive professional experience in my consulting sequences.

In coaching, all my strength, attention and appreciation goes towards my clients.
