Coaching is a tool to progress you from here to where you want to be, faster, easier and better. You are the expert on you and your life and work. As a coach, I am a catalyst who will help you stretch your comfort zone and expand what's possible.

I bring a wealth of training and diverse experience - levels, seniority, industries, operational areas, transitions, and changes.

My approach is positive, yet I will challenge you. I leverage neuroscience, embodiment and mind-body principles, mindfulness, mental fitness, resilience, positive psychology, psychometrics, and even coaching using classic works of art, along with my core ICF accredited training.

Overall, we engage in a stimulating process focused on specific goal-related topics towards outcomes and action.
