The general methods to help understand who you are and what is important to you, I tend to include personality assessments, co-active coaching techniques, mindfulness, and journaling.

I am particularly prepared to work with POC/LGBTQ clients who draw from their inner strengths as I have to overcome self-limiting beliefs in life and work.

My time zone is Pacific Standard Time but I am flexible often meeting clients from other time zones on Zoom.
