About Me

After having served Eastman Kodak Company and Xerox Corporation in leadership positions in economics and marketing, I completed doctoral studies at Cornell University, Since then I have been a university professor for more than thirty-five years. In that capacity I have served on the economics and marketing faculties of Syracuse University, West Virginia University and University of Pittsburgh, among others, while being the founding principal of a leadership consulting, training and executive coaching firm in parallel to my teaching career for over thirty five years. Currently have formed Dickerson & Barley. We are engaged in Leadership Training and Executive Coaching and all staff members are certified executive coaches.
