Tolu focuses on the career needs of mid-career professionals and believes that this group is the lifeblood of the economy. He also believes that this group is under-served in the career services industry and he wants to redress the balance.
He is a mid-career professional himself, with a background in Training and Development, Career Coaching, and Organizational Psychology. With this unique blend of skills, He is best placed to help the mid-career professional identify their skills gaps, bridge their skills gaps and get the confidence they need to progress within their career, successfully. Tolu has helped hundreds of mid-career professionals make a successful career transition. Tolu has been coaching professionals for over 12 years with organizations such as Carphone Dixons, A2Dominion Group, General Dynamics IT, Southwark Council and many more. Tolu has worked as a Training and Development professional designing and delivering professional certification courses in Project Management, Product Development and Business Analysis. He also holds a Masters Degree (MA) in Communications Management from London Metropolitan University, a Masters Degree (MSc) in Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London.
Tolu is a Career Coach and Certified Practitioner and Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)
He is passionate about building a community of mid career professionals that have all the support they need to go through their career development seamlessly and without stress.
