About Me

I’m Toki (she/her) – an empowerment coach for purpose-driven women. My mission is to help passionate, independent women find purpose, joy and fulfilment.

I’m a caretaker-helper personality type and a reformed problem-solver. I used to put everyone else first, couldn’t help but fix and solve problems, and had no idea what my own purpose in life was. Today, I don’t fix, I partner, I don’t tell people what to do, I guide them to their own answers.

It takes time and effort, and a ton of questioning and a lot of doubt but the journey (and it is a journey) is worth walking because these days I wake up in the morning excited to live my purpose. I couldn’t be here today doing the work that I do if I hadn’t first learned the importance of loving, empowering and taking care of myself in order to do that for others.
